Adorable vintage sleeveless summer tunic blouse in a blue and white novelty print of seagulls and clouds. Deep v-neck in front and back, pleated front, elastic waist, lined below the waist with light blue nylon/poly.
Possibly worn as a very very short mini-dress on the right person or perhaps on a teenager.
In excellent condition.
From the late 70s early 80s. No tags, so please refer to the measurements listed below, taken while laying flat and doubled where appropriate. Shown on a size 4 US (34-24-35) dress form.
