Fabulous vintage 1980s St. John Knits maxi dress. Black sweater dress, sleeveless with scoop neck and and shawl-style folded collar. There is slight change in the style knit pattern below the waistline. High side vents. Zips up the back. Not lined. In very good condition, there are two previous mends in the knit, not very noticeable, the contrast on the last photo has been lightened so they can be viewed.
Made for Saks Fifth Avenue by St. John Knits. No fabric content tag, feels like a blend. No size tag. Dry Clean Only tag attached. Please refer to the measurements listed below, taken while laying flat and doubled where appropriate.
