Beautiful, and somewhat rare, meisen silk Michiyuki kimono coat from the early to mid 1930s. Usually these are found in rinzu silk so this kind is hard to find. It is grey with purple abstract fan pattern. Covered snaps, hidden pocket. Silk half lining. It is in very good condition. There is one tiny hole and a few very faint spots that blend in to the pattern, see last photo.
Measurements are approximate, taken flat and then doubled where necessary.
Length from shoulder to hem: 45 inches Around body when measured flat and snapped closed as shown in diagram: 42 inches Sleeve to sleeve width: 49 inches Sleeve length: 22 inches
