Vintage silk kimono robe furisode from the 1960s in bright orange with a purple and green floral print and gold chasing embroidery. It is fully lined. Includes handmade sash, as shown in the photos. In excellent condition, there is the typical discoloration on the upper main part of the lining and a few light scattered marks, see the last photo. Note the bottom part of the lining is intentionally dyed orange and white ombre, it is not faded.
Around body, measured across the back and doubled - 46 inches
Length from shoulder to hem - 64 inches (very long)
Sash - 80 x 6 inches

Please note - Traditional Japanese kimonos are made very long and intended to be worn folded up at the waist to suit the height of the person wearing it. To be worn as a typical robe around the house, they will need to be professionally hemmed from the waist, or allowed to trail on the floor.
