Fabulous! Vintage 1960s halter dress by Lanz Originals. Top is bright yellow rayon crepe, and skirt is ivory seersucker rayon with bias cut rainbow stripes. Adjustable ties at the neck, back center nylon zipper. Attached ties at the waist. It is in excellent condition apart from a smudge on the neck strap, see last photo.
