Lovely vintage 1930s to 40s kimono wrap skirt. This is called a Susoyoke and is the bottom half of an undergarment that is worn under a Japanese kimono. The skirt has ties at the waist. It does not taper to the waist so it will gather under the ties. The top portion is cotton muslin, not lined. The lower portion is rayon with a pink cotton muslin lining. It is in excellent condition apart from one small mark on the rayon and some light spots on the muslin, see last photo.
