Vintage 1970s Silk Kimono Robe Furisode Art Deco Aqua Blue Peacocks
Vintage Clothing and Kimonos are not sized the same as modern manufactured clothing. Everything sold by ThisBlueBird will include actual garment measurements in inches. When choosing an item please refer to the measurements and compare them with a similar style garment you already own. Please note the measurements are actual garment measurements and you must leave 2 to 3 inches between your actual measurements and the garment for ease of movement.
The charts on this page are here to assist you in understanding how vintage clothing and kimonos are measured and where you should measure on your body.
Absolutely gorgeous! This is a vintage 70s/80s furisode kimono made of incredibly soft rinzu woven silk in a aqua blue and white ombre and hand painted with metallic pink and silver art deco peacocks. The feather tips are hearts! Lined in white acetate and white dip dyed rinzu silk. It includes a coordinating obi sash that I have handmade from vintage kimono silk. It is in nearly perfect condition! There are just three small spots shown in last photo.
