Cute late 1930s-1940s vintage day dress super soft cotton. Blue floral print, button front, drop waist tiered style skirt. Waist tie. Puffed sleeves that are gathered just above the sleeve edge but do not have elastic. This dress is in excellent condition.
There are no tags and there is no stretch to this fabric. Measurements are approximate, taken flat and then doubled where necessary.
