Vintage cotton wrap dress in white with periwinkle blue flowers and yellow butterflies novelty print. Ruffled neckline, and matching waist tie. Not lined. Wraps and attaches with three hidden hook/eye clasps. In excellent condition, a little loose stitching at the back waist, see last photo.
