Fabulous vintage 70s dress from JC Penney in black polyester jersey with giant black chiffon puff sleeves with rainbow ribbon trim. Straight neckline in front with elastic running over the shoulders and down the scoop back. Sleeves have elastic in the cuffs. Not lined. In excellent condition.
Vintage tag size 11/12 but fits a much smaller modern size. Shown on a size XS form. Please refer to measurements for each piece below, and leave room for ease of movement.
