Vintage 1980s 3 piece set by Tess of Honolulu. Cropped blouse, skirt and capri pants. Cutwork details, matching waist tie. Midi length skirt, capri length pants, both have elastic waistbands. Pants have side pockets. No other opening in the pants so hips must be smaller than 35 inches. All in excellent condition apart from a very faint spot on the pants, pointed out in last photo.
