Fabulous! Vinage 1980s dress by French Rags. Made of rayon knit and fully covered in long tiered fringe. Small short sleeves hidden under the fringe. The hem of the skirt has been tucked under and lightly sewn up to make the overall length shorter. It could be easily let back down. Dress is in excellent condition.
Made in the USA by French Rags. 100% Rayon. Tag size 2. Fits XXS to XS. Please refer to the garment measurements listed below, taken while laying flat and doubled where appropriate.
