Vintage 1960s crinoline skirt for a square dancing costume. Made of white cotton/poly blend. It has an elastic cord waistband. This elastic really needs to be replaced. Otherwise, it is in good condition, overall grayish, there is some pilling at the waist and some red dye bleed on the under side which is not visible when wearing. Priced at a discount and sold as is.
