Lovely vintage 1930s dress in bias cut black rayon velvet. Full sleeves gathered cuffs and ruched detail around the arm/shoulder. Slight fishtail shape to the back of the dress gives it a lovely drape. Slips on over the head, no openings or zippers. This dress is not lined. It is in very good condition, no holes or tears, a few small areas where the velvet may be thin near the hem.
No Tags. This is a bespoke or home sewn dress. The measurements listed below were taken while dress was laying flat and doubled where appropriate.
Since it is cut on the bias, there is some give to this fabric. Please leave appropriate room between your measurements and those shown below for ease of movement. All measurements are shown un-stretched.
