Vintage 1930s bias cut black velvet evening gown. Deep v-neck in front and back. Front is a crossover. Small gathers at the waist and shoulders. Not lined. In excellent condition. There is one mend near the right arm opening. See last photo.
No tags. Likely custom made. Bias gives a little stretch. All measurements are given un-stretched.
