Beautiful vintage 1920s silk kimono robe. Light ivory with an absolutely spectacular white embroidered peacock on the back. It is fully lined in silk. There is no sash or belt. It is in fair condition, but with a little TLC from a seamstress, it could be restored. There are a few scattered spots. The lapel has holes forming on the edge of the folded fabric, there are one or two small holes forming on the shoulder just at the edge of the lapel seam, and the stitching is coming loose on the inside of the neckline. There is a bit of loose embroidery on one section of the feather on the back. See all of these in the last photo. Due to these things, this robe is priced at an extremely significant discount, and sold as is. The price is firm and the sale is final.
Please Note: This robe is not wearable as is. It would be great for display or reuse, otherwise it should be restored by a tailor to bring it up to wearable condition.
Measurements are approximate, taken flat and then doubled where necessary, see diagram on last photo to understand how measurements are taken.
