1920s Vintage Silk Kimono Robe with Origami Crane Birds Novelty Print
Beautiful vintage late 1920s to 1930s kimono robe in red silk-rayon blend crepe with an aqua and pink origami crane birds novelty print. This is an under-kimono called a Juban. This one has super and long graceful sleeves, it was originally intended to be worn under a formal Furisode kimono. It has a natural cotton muslin lapel and there is no haneri collar attached. It is lined in cotton. In excellent condition, showing only one small spot and some uniform but slight darkening of the muslin lapel. See both in the last photo.
