1920s Vintage Silk Haori Kimono Jacket in Purple and Black Shibori
Vintage Clothing and Kimonos are not sized the same as modern manufactured clothing. Everything sold by ThisBlueBird will include actual garment measurements in inches. When choosing an item please refer to the measurements and compare them with a similar style garment you already own. Please note the measurements are actual garment measurements and you must leave 2 to 3 inches between your actual measurements and the garment for ease of movement.
The charts on this page are here to assist you in understanding how vintage clothing and kimonos are measured and where you should measure on your body.
Lovely vintage 1920s to early 1930s silk haori kimono cardigan jacket in purple, white, and black hand dyed shibori. Half lined in silk and has inner ties at the bust. It is in good condition but has one hole on the edge of a sleeve and a fray / wear to the edges of the silk under the arms. Both of these could be repaired and/or mitigated by simply tacking down with a few straight stitches. See last photo. Priced accordingly and sold as is.
