Beautiful mid to late 1910s blouse by the Pollock Waist Company of Ft. Wayne Indiana under their label "Wayne Maid." Made of semi-sheer cotton voile with a windowpane weave. It has a long pointed collar, crochet trim, white buttons and French cuffs. It has a cropped length with a gathered hem. There is no elastic in the waist/hem. It is in very good condition, there is a tiny pinhole in the upper back just below the collar. One small speck on the edge of one collar point and a very faint spot at the hem. There is a little fray at the hem. See all in the last photo.
Tag size 38. Blouse is shown on a modern US size 4 dress form and not pinned or clipped. It was very loose on the form so this should fit a larger modern size. Please refer to the measurements listed below, taken while laying flat and doubled where appropriate.
