This is a vintage 1960s to 70s sleeveless blouse by Pykettes with a bright green Asian style dragon novelty print. Not lined, buttons down the front. In excellent condition, there is a faint smudge inside the collar above the tag, see last photo.
No size tag. Made of a polyester crepe. No stretch. Refer to measurements and leave room for ease of movement.
