Vintage Green Embroidered Silk Uchikake Kimono Robe

Vintage silk Uchikake kimono robe from the 1960s. Pale pastel green silk that is heavily embroidered in pink and gold cherry blossoms. It has had some modifications over its lifetime. A wide ivory silk crepe panel has been added to the midsection. An inner and outer tie at the hips has been attached.  It is fully lined with a thick padded hem. Also a double lining in red silk has been added to the lapel and the lower section which is also padded at the hem. It is still in wearable condition, although there is a lot of wear to the silk and seams under the arms. There is an old safety pin attached at the lower front edge on the red silk. See the last photo. This is sold as is.

Length from shoulder to hem - 77 inches - Very long!
