Vintage Silk Kimono / Red Stripes

Vintage silk kimono robe from the late 1930s to early 1940s in a two tone solid brick red and red/white stripes. The sleeves are very long and double lined in white and pink silk. Fully lined. Includes a simple waist sash. In very good condition, there are a few scattered marks. The pink/white sleeves are only lightly tacked in with a basting stitch which is normal. See last two photos. This kimono is perfectly wearable, but if planning to wear it regularly, the inner sleeves should be permanently sewn in place or removed.
