Vintage cotton Yukata kimono in red and white floral print. Very soft cotton, not lined. Nice light weight material. In very good condition, a couple super faint spots on the back. See last photo.
This kimono was acquired directly from the estate of American Bowling champion Dick Weber and it belonged to his wife Juanita Weber. Dick Weber was bowling's first superstar. He was a US and World champion. He also owned a bowling facility just two miles from my childhood home, where I went regularly with family and friends for many years and he and his wife were there many of those same times. He traveled and played in Japan often between the 1950s to 1980s, this kimono likely dates to the 1970s/80s.
