Lovely vintage 1960s cotton muslin wrap skirt. This is called a Susoyoke and is the bottom half of an undergarment meant to wear under a Japanese kimono. The skirt has ties at the waist. It does not taper to the waist so it will gather under the ties. It is in excellent condition.
