Vintage 1930s dress from Portugal. Very light weight ivory cotton with a red and black art deco abstract print and white cotton eyelet trim. V-neck, sleeveless, a-line shape, not lined. Slips on over the head, no zipper or other closures. Could also be used as a nightgown or swim coverup. Excellent condition apart from a few very very faint spots, see last photo.
There are no tags and there is no stretch to this cotton. Probably best fit for a size 2 to 4 US, possibly 6 with a small bust/shoulders. Please refer to the measurements listed below, taken while laying flat and doubled where appropriate.
