Smocked waistband. 3/4 length sleeves with elastic cuffs, and ruffled collar and hem. Not lined and slightly semi-sheer, may need to wear a slip underneath. Slips on over the head. No zipper. Excellent condition apart from a couple very light yellow spots within the skirt, well hidden in the drape. See last photo.
