Absolutely gorgeous late 1910s to early 1920s blouse! Made of pastel pink silk that is as light as air! It is sleeveless with finely smocked shoulders, and accordion pleating. There is embroidery and ladder stitching detail across the bust. It is also monogrammed with the original owner's initials. There are tiny belt loops at a drop waist position but the original belt is missing. Here it has been paired with a simple ivory double-faced satin ribbon. It is a very generous size for the era. It is in excellent condition for the age. There are a few pin holes at the hem and at the neckline. There are a few very faint tiny marks. These are pointed out in the last photo.
