Meisen was extremely popular and a sign of high fashion prior to WWII. True Meisen production stopped by the early 1950s. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis set includes the three kimonos shown in the photos. All are primarily black with a red and white pattern. The plaid pattern kimono is not lined, the other two are fully lined. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThey are all in good, wearable condition, there are some scattered spots on the two with lining. The plaid has very few if any spots. See all photos. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThese could be worn as robes or repurposed for sewing or crafts. There is a lot of fabric with each kimono.
