Stunning vintage late 1930s to early 1940s Fred Perlberg liquid silk satin gown buttons down the bodice, tuned cuffs, peter pan collar and tiered skirt. Side metal zipper with attached waist belt that snaps on the zipper side. Has original Fred Perlberg tag. It is in excellent condition apart from some light water spotting mainly on the back shoulders, a faint water line at the hem and a few miscellaneous faint spots of wear, see last photo.
Shown on a US size 10 dress form. Would best fit a US size 8 to 10. Measurements are approximate, taken flat and then doubled where necessary.
