Summer is finally here and in St. Louis it may be early June but it feels more like mid August!

This morning, while perusing through one of the great London high street shops, River Island, I was struck by the volume of 80s, and even 90s, fashions that are making a comeback.  I just can’t consider those decades “vintage”, not yet.  It’s too soon people.  So instead let’s take a look at some pre-80s, even pre-70s, vintage bathing suits.

I love these 1940-1960s styles, the shapes and patterns were so much classier than the bedazzled tiger print bikini’s featured on The Real Housewives of the OC.
